Submitted by telega on Sat, 06/11/2016 - 05:45If you're using Nightly Firefox version, it's known to reset user profile data (along with bookmarks) sometimes.
You can try to recover bookmarks. Go to menu Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks - a Library window would open. Then go to menu Import and Backup > Restore Backup.
