the thing that make windows transparent

been a while since my last visit
chiaroscuro you should know what I'm talking about
I think jumpordie found this little app somewhere and posted it here
It had the ability to make all windows semitransparent by clicking on the window's title bar and using the mouse scroll.
What was the name of the app and where can I find it?

Submitted by DakotaHanton on Tue, 04/16/2024 - 04:16The technology behind making windows transparent involves the manipulation of materials like glass or plastic to allow light to pass through. This is achieved through processes such as tempering, laminating, or using special coatings. These methods alter the properties of the material, allowing it to become see-through while maintaining structural integrity. For more advanced applications, such as smart glass, electrochromic or liquid crystal technology is employed, enabling the control of transparency with the flick of a switch or even automatically.
