Well, you could find some others if entering njuskalo or njuškalo into google image search.

I want the logo to be transparent.
No yellow background, just a white dog and the lettering (www.njuskalo.hr)

ha! i redrew the logo itself in the vector (like most of their), but could not find a font for download (it commecial font Mercurius Bold)

Exactly :D
I did not like the yellow outline on your creation so I redraw the black part behind the dog face.

In cases like these I tend to take the preview image of the font and transform that into vector
(which I also did on this logo, but the text just didn't fit into the design)
