Background refresh possible?

Hey, i really like the FastDial Addon but there is one thing it would be really nice to have.

Is it possible to refresh the Background every.. 100Msecs?
I want to set my Desktop as background for Fastdial. So i have to refresh that Background everytime.
Is that possible?

Is this one set to refresh every one second..?

So no good for a moving background then..

But that does not matter.

Do you get the impression/illusion that fast dial is really transparent ?

Have you tried running Firefox in Fullscreen mode with Autohide ?

My selfwritten plugin makes everything.
It changes the CSS of the Body tag every 100Msecs.
So you dont need a Present for it.

Hm. It works like an alpha version ;)
If i get the Background as an Image (Screenshot) Then everything should work.
But then i have to think about, how to make a "Pipe"
I dont think, users want to have an application on the Desktop.

You are probably right, but how else are you going to get a screenshot of the desktop..

For those that want this sort of thing I don't think really they would mind as long as they could get it to work !! :-)

Maybe just hide the App. Or as a Tray-Icon.

You could write an app for the userlogos.org background as well.

In that way, you could always be in touch with your desktop !!

My app just makes 2 things: get the Background and then put over the Bg an another image (The stripes) Then save it.
I think it's portable :)
