Reflection is bad/wrong. Do you have a white mask over it?
I find when cutting out of a white background, a white glow with 100% opacity and small width works wonders with how the logo looks on dark backgrounds.
For example, this is what your logo currently looks like on a black background:
But with a 100% glow, it looks so much better
and you don't have to worry about lighter backgrounds, as the glow will hardly show up.
Here's the transparent version of the image with glow:
