DC++ and Torrents are divided into public and private because not everbody does have the upload power or storage space to survive on private trackers / private dc hubs.

I prefer private DC++ hubs because I have been using DC++, I am lucky enough to be part of several private hubs and in my experience its the fastest way to download virus and fake-free "stuff"
