New Tab Page in Firefox 12/13/14

Idk why they're doing this, because FD has way more features and there're a couple of addons going to become superfluous...
here you can see the "new tab" feature.
I hope FD continues as a functional and superior addon, this "new tab" ist just annoying!

I hope this preference will still exist when this feature is released, preferable visible in the UI, since this is probably the most useless functionality ever integrated into Fx and it would really annoy me to death.

there're a lot of addons like FD, BUT they have fewer features, they're way too slow and are bad supported...if Fx gets some features from different addons, these addons might get obsolete and I guess the developers are done with it I use a lot of addons and they're very good supported, no need to give Fx too much functions, it should just be a free choice to choose.

This overlaps with the features of several existing add-ons, so some breakage is to be expected.

Wait a moment...
I saw on Jack Beauregard's link the following:
We do have multiple types of users. You’re clearly keyboard focused thus not really in the target audience of the New Tab Page. There is a ‘x’ button in the upper-right corner that lets you disable the new view and just gives you the old blank page.
This is really important to know.
We need to know more about this Ef....
