FF 15.0 + FD 4.4.2 = do not open FD when create New tab.

For reproduce:
1. start FF 15.0
2. Click on "+" for open New tab
As result we get the blank page - without FD
How it can be fixed?

Am running FF 15 with Fast Dial 4.4.2
If I click on + then new tab opens in Fast Dial
So I wonder what is happening...
Have you tried running only Fast Dial and no other extensions ?
Or simply Fast Dial alone in a new Firefox profile
