Quotation Marks

Just noticed that when I import an email with quotations, like:
If the above is a ‘yes,’ why...
turns into:
If the above is a ?yes,? why...
I don’t think they sent that way originally, but I see them after export/import. Is it just me or is it SM?

Re: Quotation Marks
Submitted by jefboyardee on Wed, 11/27/2013 - 07:57I just sent this to my Yahoo address:
These are “double” quotes, but these are only ‘single’ quotes.
And I received this at my Yahoo Mail:
These are ?double? quotes, but these are only ?single? quotes.
So it has nothing to do with import/export, it happens just by sending something from Simple Mail. Having my email altered on the way out is unacceptable....

I googled the simplest of simple solutions: I just turned off "smarten quotes" in Spell Catcher and voila! My fault again, indirectly.
