Logo request w/ text change

I was wondering if there is any way you can take a logo, and change the text in the logo.

Can you change where it says "Gadling" to "PlaneJaunt" in the logo, and still keep the airplane flying through the letters?
It would be preferable if the logo was around 350x50 pixels. (about the same size as now)
And if it could be transparent, that would be perfect!

Userlogos don't allow imagens different from 4:3, but this can be easily cut to 350x50
