Refresh Cell with Logo causes present Logo to disappear and previous Logo to appear in Fast Dial 2.14

This is a bug.
Happens every time

If a cell with a logo is refreshed then the present logo will disappear and the previous Logo will appear.

Or if there was no previous Logo then the image of the URL will show but the present Logo will disappear

Easy to reproduce.

Load a Logo into a cell
Refresh.

Have informed telega about this

had this issue too.
randomly happens to me.

also, when editing the properties of a logo, clicking ok when done, does nothing!
