It's me again.
I removed the FireFox history, deleted all user temporaries and FD thumbnails are empty now.
I can add templates and, what is more important, I can see "Properties" (I mean www address) - fine.
But the rest of above problems exists. Could anybody help me in this case?

Thank you for the answer, but as I write above, after I deleted FF history I found FD empty and ready to work.
Specially now I can enter and reset www address in "Properties". Nice, but the rest of problems still
exists:
- I can't use thumbnails 2 from 3 icons (only REFRESH is working);
- I can't find switch to set "thumbnail preview" ON, in my installation thumbnail preview is still OFF;
- in old FD I had a possibility to right-click and choose "open on new tab", in this FD version I can't - why?

thank you for the answer. I use FF 3.0.5 (latest version) and when I asked FF for extensions upgrades - silence!
Fine, I installed 22.2b as you write and:
- icons in thumbnails are OK;
- there's still no "thumbnail preview" as well as I can't see the switch to set it ON;
- I can't open 5 new www without come back to main screen - there's no (previous version was good) possibility to click-right button and choose open on new tab function or I can't find how to solve this.

There's new problem. I use two group thumbnails and in both I have different numbert of "sub-thumbnails".
In previous version it was OK, but currently number of thumbnails is GLOBAL, for main screen and for all groups.

Right click Properties
Enable Preview

Should work just fine for that cell

If it was reinstated I think it would make a number of users happy.

As I noted number of icons in different groups should be defined for each group separately.

You are right I can open thumbnail on new tab after I click on this thumbnail.
Fine, but...
in old version (2.9) I had a possibility to choose: open on new tab [right click and choose open on
new tab] or on actual screen [just click thumbnail] exactly as in FF; it's useful because I want to open
on separate tabs sometimes when I search something in Google e.g. BUT when I need known site
I just want to replace current site by new; in FF I can do it, in old FD (2.9 version) too but in FD 2.22b no.

When I have FD on my screen I want to click on thumbnail (specially GROP)
and open it in place of actual screen BUT also I have a chance to open quickly
e.g. 5 different sites in separate tabs.

FORTH
Do the following:
- on FD main screen, choose global Preferences - you will see form in window;
- click on FF screen to cover this window;
- repeat fist point again
Preferences window will stay under browser screen.

FIFTH
When I import bookmarks from second computer I receive FD content, the
same number but the order isn't the same. Just when I make my own order of thumbnails on
source computer on destination I receive thumbnails one-by-one.
