cells always have entry, how to empty all of them?

I have the problem that all fast dial cells seem to be automatically filled with entries. If I remove an entry in a cell, some other entry appears, presumably from my bookmarks.
Why does this happen?
How can I reset fast dial?
Deinstalling and installing again does not help, the same problem comes up again.
I only have this problem under Windows. My Linux fast dial installations are fine.
Thanks,
Ulrich

My guess, may be wrong, is that your Fast Dial is in the incorrect bookmarks Folder.
Please try the following.
If this does not work, please report back
One presumes that you are not running Foxmarks ?
Many thanks
