Background refresh possible?

Hey, i really like the FastDial Addon but there is one thing it would be really nice to have.

Is it possible to refresh the Background every.. 100Msecs?
I want to set my Desktop as background for Fastdial. So i have to refresh that Background everytime.
Is that possible?

How are things advancing.... ??

I have been using Pitaschio a lot.

It is very easy in P to keep a window in the foreground by using the manage WIndows menu

And I was thinking you could have a more intuitive version of the same thing maybe.

So that in some way if you click on an item in the background, this could br9ng that application into the foreground.

Obviously it is only by playing around that you find someth9ng that is comfortable for you.

Like jumpordie, I still remain unclear as to how you can have your attention on the desktop and fast dial at the same time.

Bringing an application into the foreground, as long as the window is not too large, is somehow easier I find...

I am curious to see what ideas you have come up with in regards to controlling your layered screen....

No news from you.

I continue with Pitaschio

And I think

1, You could have all area outside Fast Dial cells active for mouse click on desktop

2. Variable transparency for Fast dial/Browser page.
So you can toggle/fade transparency like Pitaschio.

At a certain level of transparency, then areas behind Fast DIal on desktop could be directly clickable.

I find it very handy with Pitaschio to vary the browser transparency to check on other apps working underneath. And then return to relative opacity to continue in browser...

Any new developements your end ?? {-)
