Well i had a nice post here about modifying the frontpage, and it included screenshots and all. but some idiot n00b that have no life decided to edit it and change it all to spam links.
i cant do much about it since it was not a registered user....
the most i could find was, he is using comcast, and is in NH
i did get his IP, so if he decides to do it again, hes up for a site-wide IP ban
not sure how they got permission to edit the page - i may re-edit this later to make it look like the original post.

Userstyles was set up by Jason Barnabe primarily to allow users of his program Stylish to upload and share Styles for his program. And as such it works well.
The layout of his site reflects this.
Surely Userlogos has a more complex function for apart from being a place to upload, appraise and share Logos it is also a testing ground and support location for Fast Dial, as well as having a very active multi-language Forum.
I find the layout of BlueMarine works very well for all these different functions.
Had you thought of the possibility of writing a Stylish script that could modify the Userlogos page to a perhaps more minimalist layout. At present there are no Styles that serve this exact function on the Userstyles site.
The link that you give to Wincustomize reminds me of all the unhelpful company pages, where one can never find anything !
I hope if you do follow up your plans that this will simply be another option in themes and will not be obligatory ! :-)

i used his site, as well as others, as an example that websites similar to this one ("community for a firefox extension") - do not generally list a lot of content on the front page.
instead, the front page is usually a preview of some content - such as featured or recent content..
bluemarine - why do you prefer this theme? Is it because it fills the entire width of the screen?
stylish - yes i may write a minimalistic layout soon..
wincustomize - ..i don't want to change the entire site.. i just like their front page
userlogos and fast dial - yes i know the two go together...which is why if users like the suggestion, i am planning to integrate fast dial into the frontpage as much as possible.. by having a download button on front page, etc..
