My only suggestion to make it even better is to smooth out the transparency of the reflection. That is, give the entire reflection a single transparency gradient that is consistent for all three objects. The [bottom / top] of the "Add-Ons" text as well as the [bottom / top] of the puzzle piece should not be at [100% / 0%] opacity but should instead be at the same transparency as the part of the Firefox logo directly adjacent. This way, it looks more like a real reflection and less like someone having fun with transparencies. ^_^
But seeing as how I certainly couldn't do any better, I still give it a 1-up.
