I did make it myself - It's basically a template.

It's a good idea to use the same template as then the logos are consistent - for example the gloss on one users iphone style icons aren't different to another users.

With mine, you can just change the colour then add the logo inside. Then just do reflection to within roughly the same distance of the bottom of the canvas as mine, I guess.
