How do you submit themes here?

It's seem to be removed from the submit content. How can I upload a theme?

Hi,
Have you activated your account via the e-mailed link upon registration?
If not, this may be the problem. But if you did, then I will take a look into the current permission settings to see what's wrong.

Nevermind, disregard my last comment.
I have fixed the issue. Not sure why I had it set to not allow new users to submit themes.. O.o
Should be ok now though.

The theme issue must be chosen carefully; dordle if it is not, the paper may be handled according to the standard submission track (without any discounts or price waivers associated with a specific theme issue), and no guest editors for the theme issue will be assigned to it.
