Problems after upgraded Firefox to 5 and then back to 4 due to incompatibilities.

Now my Fastdial shows sites i visited, but did not enter into Fastdial. Seems there are hundreds, and as often as I remove on another pops up!

I believe I myave have a corrupted folder for fastdial. Can anyone tell me were the file is? I tried to remove and reinstall Fastdial in Firefox 4.,but still have this problem.
