Fast Dial 4.2.2 and Firefox 14.0.1 doesn't give good result

when upgrading FF to version 14.0.1, fast dial 4.2.2 gives some troubles: the startpage of FF is replaced by the Fastdial tab, and another fastdial tab (blanco, without anything in it) is always present without the possibility to close that tab. When I disable Fastdial 4.2.2 and restart FF, FF give's me the same window. I do have to open a new window to get a normal result (without fastdial), close the wrong window, then exit the good one. When starting up FF I do get a normal result. If I do activate Fastdial I do get the same wrong result and have to do everything all over.
Is there a new version on the go that's compatible with the new vesion of FF?

Screenshots might be useful
Have you tried with all other extensions disabled, in case there is some conflict.
Or alternatively have you tried running Fast Dial alone in a new Firefox Profile.
Either of the above may help to clarify the nature of this problem.

I've disabled gPDF 4.0.2 in FF 14.0.1 and Fast Dial went like it should.
I'll put gPDF in the wipe-basket.
