I've recently tried to submit some new logos to the site, but my submissions seem to keep triggering spam prevention measures. I completed the CAPTCHA and put in some info as requested, but it looks like my submissions haven't been approved yet.

Is there any way to tell what's causing this issue? I'd really like to contribute the logos I've made.
