Fast Dial 2.15 - 2.16 - 2.17 on start up not working

Unlike their predecessors if you want to see Fast Dial 2.15 - 2.16 - 2.17 when Firefox opens it is necessary to:
Go to Tools/Options/Main
And there set
When Firefox opens show my home Page
Set homepage to chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html
