FastDial opening "Windows Update"

Hey! All of the sudden when I open a tab, Fast Dial now shows "Windows Update" as the tab name and apparently is using every bookmark I have and filling my screen with little boxes. It was on 5x5, now it's like 25x25.
I'm using 2.2b, latest Firefox, Vista64, and have Foxmarks installed as well.
Help!
