Fast Dial draws links from history

My Fast Dial has stopped drawing from the Fast Dial folder in my bookmarks. In fact, that folder has disappeared entirely. It is instead using my browsing history for my grid.
This started only after I upgraded to 3.5 beta 4. I tried reverting back to 3.0.10, but the problem did not go away.

It sounds if your Fast Dial Folder has become the History Folder.
