Recently I have continued to lose all my settings in fast dial.

I have had instances where they will reappear later int he day, and other times I have had to reload from and excel sheet that I painstainkinly put together after this happened on a continuing basis.

Not sure why this is happening.  Is there a whay to prevent or back up these settings?
