The reason for this - spamhaus.org. This organization is constantly sends abuse reports to our provider, that Picamatic contributes to the spread of spam and demands of us that we have some sort of authorization or captcha.
As a result, May 3, our server was blocked.
Now we are looking for the most convenient solution for you.

Загруженные картинки будут доступны, но закачка новых будет приостановлена. Причина этому spamhaus.org. Эта организация постоянно жалуется на то, что Picamatiс способствует распространению спама и требует от нас, чтобы мы сделали какую-нибудь авторизацию или капчу.
В итоге, 3 мая наш сервер был заблокирован.
Сейчас мы ищем наиболее удобное решение для вас.
Надеемся, на ваше понимание и приносим извинения за неудобства.
