I am getting reports from a number of users of Access Denied on Userlogos

One user simply created a new username which worked

Users with access denied seem to be getting it in relation to making comments as I am able to receive PMs

Please could one access denied user send me a link or an image of the access deniied message

I can see no reason for this problem, and cannot reproduce
