i'm having difficulties in adding the logo of a web-site to the fast dial link

To add a custom logo:

get the logo, either online or on your computer.
right click the box that contains the website you have the logo for. click properties.
if the logo is online, type or paste the url of the logo into the "Custom Image" box.
if the logo is on your computer, click on the "..." button, and navigate to the logo.

if you want it transparent, then see (http://userlogos.org/node/762) Mafioz's transparent tutorial.
Or, click the box on the rightmost side near the custom logo bar, and choose the color!
