Incompatibility with WorldIP 1.1.4

I think this is not a problem inside FastDial source code, but maybe you should know it.
Using Firefox 3.0.10 on win32 with both WorldIP 1.1.4 and FastDial 2.22b activated at the same time, every time you click on a FastDial tab, the browser freezes for about 2.5 seconds. I already report this at the WorldIP plugin support page.
Greetings
Fernando

the browser freezes for about 2.5 seconds.
Thank you for reporting your experiences with WorldIP.
Would you be so kind to see if you can reproduce this problem in a New Firefox Profile with only Fast Dial and WorldIP extensions loaded.
Was your delay only with Fast Dial, or with the opening of all bookmarks ?
So far I have not been able to reproduce..
I already report this at the WorldIP plugin support page.
Would be interested to hear the response.
Many thanks

When you open a new Fast Dial tab, it opens inmediately, but when you switch to a Fast Dial tab, either clicking on it or closing the previous tab, it freezes for a moment.
I leave this video showing this strange behavior

EDIT: here's a replacement- doesn't provide all the stuff, but it gives the IP and the country. I used it for a while with no problems:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5791
It also lets you click on it, and then it maps the domain on Google Maps.
I was also able to experience the same lag- but for me 3 seconds.

OK Fernando, I understand now and can reproduce.
If WIP is running then this slows things down considerably when switching between Fast Dial Tabs, but not between other Web Page Tabs.
Many thanks for your clarification and video
