I looked all over for this. Anyway, I'm gonna try to keep things as simple as possible considering I'm new here and probably shouldn't be asking much.

This is going to be a transparent background logo.

I would like this to be the background image. And I would like 420chan to be written across the middle overlapping her stomach/belt. The same font and color (as the main page) is preferred.

EDIT: Found the hemp/marijuana/pot leaf.

Put it right or left of the text as you see fit.

Finally, I would like a vague 1/8th or 1/4th reflection of the overall logo and a surrounding glow exactly like the one on these http://userlogos.org/node/1741.
