URL refresh problem

2.23b2 has problem with url reload. It hangs indefinitely. I tried to reinstall but nothing works.

Please could you clarify this problem.

Is this the case for all cells in fast dial or specific ones.

Some URLs are not suitable for fast dial, so in that case better to load a Logo for that cell.
