FF 15.0 + FD 4.4.2 = do not open FD when create New tab.

For reproduce:
1. start FF 15.0
2. Click on "+" for open New tab
As result we get the blank page - without FD
How it can be fixed?

We have been down this road before
Removing TMP solved the issue
But the cause was another extension completely

But yes Pentagrammer we have to narrow things down a bit, remove variables and understand this.

And again - how to reproduce situation:
1. FF15 without any plugins.
2. Install TMP plugin on FF15 (with default settings!)
3. Install FD plugin on FF15 (with set "Show FD on New Tab = yes)
4. Click on "+" for create new tab -> get the blank page without FD.
How to do for get usually FD works:
1st way:
1.Disable TMP plugin in FF15 and restart FF15 - always works fine.
2nd way:
1. Go to TMP settings -> Events -> New Tab and change "Open New Tab" from "Blank Page" to "New Tab Page" , URL mus be set to: chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html
- with that settings always works fine.
As I understand some problem with describe the situation was be in language translating.
I'm sorry for add some portions of chaos, but English not my native language.

In theory at least
If you have TMP loaded into Firefox x
And then load Fast Dial 4.2.2 into Firefox
The settings visible in TMP after loading Fast Dial
Should be
A:New Tab Page
B:about:blank
What is curious is that you seem to have
A:Blank Page
But strangely
A:Blank Page should also work fine with Fast Dial !
What this suggests is that you have some other extension that uses the blank page and takes it from Fast Dial.
This is my first impression
If we made a Version of FD as I have suggested which forces
A:New Tab Page
b:about:blank
Then maybe this would set correct settings automatically.
But if there is another extension changing
A;
or
B:
I guess we have an extension conflict

I thought of that. Tried installing Foxtabs, then installing TMP, then installing Fast Dial. Everthing worked fine. This is frusturating. Everything looks normal in Pentagrammer's profile. Not many addons that could be causing the problem. I have almost all of the addons he has on my default profile and Fast Dial works with them. The only ones I don't have are: Bazzacuda Image Saver Plus, SQLite Manager, and Skype Click to Call. Can't imagine they would mess with the tab settings.

Starting with Firefox 12, Tabmix default for "Load on new tabs" option changed to New Tab Page.
When you update Firefox to v.12, it resets Tabmix option to New Tab Page and you have to make your selection again.
You have few options if you had the Blank Page option selected previously:
use the New Tab Page for new tabs.
use the New Tab Page but disable it by clicking on the button on the upper right corner,
this will turn the New Tab Page into blank page for new tabs.
(or setting browser.newtabpage.enabled to false)
set Tabmix to load Blank Page.
set Tabmix to load New Tab Page and set the address to about:blank.
To add to this^, you also need to check your settings for Events/Tab Closing > When i close last tab replace it ....
