disable Fast Dial ?

can I temporally disable fastdial extension & then enable without losing my settings including my logos?

have you tried:
"Firefox" --> "Add-ons" --> "Extensions" --> find your Fast Dial add-on --> "Disable" --> now you can restart Firefox for changes to apply. (If you have Menu Bar enabled, you can find "Add-ons" in "Tools" drop-down menu)
To enable again, just find Fast Dial add-on again and click "Enable". You need to restart Firefox again.

You shouldn't loose any of the data, I just tried to disable/ enable my FastDial, end everything works fine..
