All my logos have disappeared on Userlogos

For me all my logos have disappeared

I also assume - that this is a permissions issue.
But I find it strange that it goes awry.

You use The Drupal CMS?

Not. I only did:
• Add a comment (it worked)
• Add a logo (it did not work)
• Find my logos (it did not work)

Now everything is normal.
