Fast Dial button disappear and I'm unable to add that shortcut to Firefox toolbars

Hi!
This is my first post but I've been using Fast Dial for a long time.
Recently - more precisely yesterday - (and I can't understand why) my Fast Dial button disappear from every Firefox Toolbar.
I already tried to right click in Navigation Toolbar >> Customize >> but Fast Dial icon isn't showing and is not available to drag and drop.
I installed 4.11 version. I deleted 4.11 and installed it again (before I made a FEBE complete Profile backup) but I'm still unable to add the shortcut button which is very helpful. I don't see it anywhere and I just don't know how to proceed...
Any one can help me, please?

Submitted by telega on Sat, 09/14/2013 - 12:34I can only suggest you to try installing Fast Dial on a new profile to see whether the toolbar button works.
As a workaround, you can create an ordinary bookmark with chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html address.

Submitted by Deva on Sat, 09/14/2013 - 13:24You can try to Restore Default Set while in Customize Toolbar window and maybe then the Fast Dial shows up as icon in the list. If that works, you could simply drag it on the toolbar where you want it.
