More than 2 scroll pages

Is it possible to get more than just 2 pages for scrolling?

There is a limit of two for pages

But one can have obviously more cells vertically on the Fast Dial page by changing settings in Preferenes

There's no limit of 2 pages in Fast Dial. It only shows one empty
scroll page. Once you have some thumbnails on second page (you can
drag-n-drop a thumbnail from 1st page to the second), third empty page
becomes available.

This is difficult to explain

If I in settings set page to be vertically two cells I find this works well.
In reality I may have cells vertically of 40
With the setting at two I can scroll in increments of two at a time
I always use this setiing as Fast Dial page is quick to load.

Preferences/General set to 3 horizontal x 2 vertical

If one scrolls with mouse one will see cells in groups of six at a time

However NO scrolling will occur under a number of circumstances

1. Web developer Toolbar will stop scrolling
2. Bookmarks toolbar will stop scrolling
3. Edit/Find in Task Bar will stop scrolling
4 And in certain cases ff FD page is minimised this can inhibit scrolling if browser does not fill computer screen. Maximise resolves
