Fast Dial v4.16.6 Extension was tagged [LEGACY] and disabled by Firefox Quantum v57.

There are some term or release date for an extension compatible?

Or Fast Dial will be discontinued?

Please, I need a response quickly because I am a heavy user and created a strong dependence of this extension.

There's no hope that Fast Dial development finishes in reasonable time. So please use Quick Dial that Sanjay advised or other addons you can find.
