Appear when FF starts!

When i was using FD v2.11, Fast Dial's page always been appearing when i start Firefox (or when i openen a new window). In v2.16 Fast Dial isn't appering nor when starting Firefox nor in new windows (at least it opens in new tabs, thats good)... Please fix it as soon as possible!!!

Under Preferences, click on Appearance.
Go to the Thumbnail subtab.
Make the "margin" set to the same.

I gave up on it only working sometimes ):
Tools>Options>Home tab.
Set homepage to chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html

UPDATE: if not, then please do the following: enter "about:config" in browser address bar, find "javascript.options.showInConsole" preference, set it to true. Then hit Ctrl+T to open a new tab or restart Firefox and then open Error Console (menu Tools > Error Console) and tell me the errors you see there.
