Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in antispam_user_load() (line 1555 of /home/ul/public_html/userlogos/sites/all/modules/antispam/antispam.module).
Could you check browser's Error Console for errors?
Open "about:config" page, find "javascript.options.showInConsole" preference, set it to "true", then try to open FD page. Then open Error Console (menu Tools > Error Console) and check if there're errors. Tell these errors to me.

Having upgraded to the 2.2 version, when I right click I am not seeing Add to Fast Dial anymore!
In Fast Dial 2.22b there is no add to Fast Dial if you right click on the Tab.
(This facility did exist in v2.9 and v2.11)
However if you right click on the Web Page, not only should you see Add to Fast Dial, but you should see all the Folders and subfolders displayed in the context Menu.
This is most convenient

Recently all my FD thumbs went blank and the FD option doesn't show when I right click the tab.
I've tried unistall/reinstall. No Luck
I'm using FD 2.22b
Any tips?
It would be very helpful if you could give details of any errors to telega. (see above)
However, I am sort of curious.
If you to to Bookmarks, then Organise Bookmarks
Then click on Bookmarks Menu and then on the Fast Dial Folder, do you see any Bookmarks listed ?

I guess you're trying to use tab context menu. In version 2.22b I had removed "Add to Fast Dial" from tab context menu due to A USER REQUEST. Later a number of users asked to return this menu item back, so it will be back in the next version.
Till the next version is out just right-click the page itself, not the tab title, the "Add to Fast Dial" menu item is always there.
