Fast Dial 2.14 No Folder to save to in Add to Fast Dial in the Tab Context Menu

There would seem to be a bug in Fast Dial 2.14
In the Tab Context menu the Folders are missing in Add to Fast Dial.
This is not the case in the Main Context Menu
