IE view conflict

Bug found by Anonymous, bug confirmed by me and Chiaroscuro.
Confirmed in IE6 and IE7.
When using Fast Dial to open a web site that is set in the IE View options to open in Internet Explorer, two Internet Explorer windows open. When typing the same web site address in Firefox's Awesome Bar, only one Internet Explorer window opens, which is why it is deemed a Fast Dial bug.
How to Reproduce:
1. Install IE View.
2. Go to one of the pages in your Fast Dial.
3. Go to the "Tools" menu. Click on "Always view this page in IE".
4. Go back to Fast Dial.
5. Click on the link to the page you just set to always "Open in IE".

Not sure this can be deemed a Fast Dial Bug.
First has to be established what is causing this to happen.
