Works with Firefox 3.0 and later
-Removed some favicon api's in order to support Firefox 24 and future versions.
Also changed access to Fast Dial home page to only use the chrome url, not with about:blank.
(Now to set Fast Dial as a home page, the user has to use chrome://fastdial/content/fastdial.html)
