I made this to make fastdial fit seamlessly into my firefox skin which is Vista-aero with a custom Persona called "cleanblue" which can be found here

Currently you cannot do your own modifications to the theme like changing the font size as it will result in screwing up things.

But you can choose the amount of thumbnails and the size which will dynamically be rendered.

I'm working on a more user friendly version if there is some interest from your side.
