What was wrong with this one? It fit all your qualifications...if you would like logos done a certain way, then I suggest you put some thought into how you'd like them completed and specify, so we, as creators, don't waste our time trying to make a logo that you won't even use.
P.S. I found an odd correlation... check this out.
