Will work on a black background.
All you have to do is to set the background in your Fast Dial Cell cell to transparent.

Userstyles Black and White logos
These are made with and without reflection.
The black ones actually have a white outline and work just fine on a black bg ( tested )

For help with this quesition, I would recommend that you load this Style into Stylish
http://userlogos.org/node/3910
This is useful in seeing how a logo on this site will appear on black as well as showing if a Logo is transparent (or not).
There are some other variations of that same Style here or you might wish to edit yourself
