charles schwab logo request (DONE)

I just switched from Bank of America to Charles Schwab (schwab.com) and now I need to switch up my logos!

I'd prefer the logo they use on the top left corner of their website, but it is kind of small. Here is a larger version I found if it helps: http://images.businessweek.com/ss/09/02/0219_customer_service/image/21_c....

I would like the background to be transparent and the logo to have a reflection/mirror image on the bottom.
