Have you posted in the requests forum?
Several logo makers look there to see if someone has posted a request...
There is also a big backlog.

How do i uninstall Fast Dial?

Like any other extension

Go tools/add-ons

Find Fast Dial

select Uninstall

What is your problem with Fast Dial ?
