Update page

Hello,
I saw the motivation for your 2.16 changes, I think it wasn't the best decision but can see how you thought about it at the time.
As a good compromise, I would suggest doing some update page, listing changes and showing ads similar to NoScript and DownloadHelper and others. It would also be good when you want to to give some info to users.
You can include for example, common problems caused by the update and how to fix them ... or any other thing.
ps. nice addon!

I understand what you mean.
We have done that in the past where there was one specific issue.
But the situation is changing now all the time.
As soon as problems are recognised, a fix is then incorporated in the next Version.
So in a sense the Changelog is a record of that process, in so much that it lists the problems that have been addressed.
The work at the moment is to try and quantify all the different issues, and include them in the oncoming Version.
But your idea, well I have to say is a good one.
Many thanks
