I'm currently using Firefox 18.0.1 but this problem is older, unfortunately I don't exactly when it appeared. If I press the blue refresh button the site starts to refresh (the rotating image appears) but sometimes the old thumbnail comes back. I have to create a new tab to see the new thumbnail. I've just tried it with youtube and imdb and the problem appeared with youtube but not with imdb.
