Null/border-top-width

Can anyone help me? I have a Mac G5 and have been using FastDial successfully for a couple of months and love it. All of my icons have disappeared and when I try to add a new icon to FastDial I get the error message above. Right now I just have a big, blank black screen?

Please read this post here first.

The problem in that case was resolved by uninstalling and re-installing Fast Dial 2.22b from AMO.
Please see if that helps
If it does not please let us know and we can then consider other options.
Many thanks

Sorry to hear about your problem.
This is beginning to look like a bug.
---
This error will occur if a zero value is entered in the cell quantity field.
telega made the following comment in relation to this problem.
Check what values you have specified for thumbnails "Quantity" option in Preferences > General. I think you might put a zero value there. Currently I don't have another idea of why this might happen.
---
See if you can manually alter the quantity value in Preferences General.
---
If you find you cannot do that please also try clicking on the reset defaults in Preferences/General and see if that clears the null value:
---
If for some reason that still does not work please try the following.
Resetting Fast Dial settings in about:config
---
So what we are trying to do is to remove the zero value that has somehow got into the cell size field.
---
Please check to see if any of the above has the desired effect.
---
Regarding uninstalling and reinstalling, it is not at all clear why this should resolve this particular problem.
But it worked for one user.
Might be worth trying uninstalling and reinstalling a couple more times if none of the above procedures work.
Are you using Fast Dial 2.23 ?
---
Please let us know how you get on.
Many thanks

Submitted by bookworm3x4 on Fri, 02/06/2009 - 22:13That's definitely what I did (accidentally set it at zero), I wasn't really paying attention while I was messing around with my preferences. I can't seem to access preferences now, though. Is there any other method besides right-clicking on the FastDial home page? That's how I got to preferences before, but when I right-click now preferences isn't there. Maybe I should just switch to resetting it?
